As reported on Deadline.com, Hannibal’s latest collaboration with Emmett Furla Oasis Films has recently added star power to its cast. Joining two-time Academy Award Winner Robert De Niro in the action-heist picture are Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Kate Bosworth, Dave Bautista and Gina Carano.

Bus 657 is an adrenaline-charged thriller directed by Scott Mann (The Tournament), who says the film is best described as The Inside Man meets Speed.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen, The Possession), will star as Vaughn, a down-his-luck casino card dealer. Desperate to pull together money to pay for surgery for his sick daughter, Vaugn teams up with another casino employee to rob the casino. When the robbery goes awry, Vaughn and his partner hijack Bus 657 and attempt an improbable get away. Robert De Niro will play Pope, the ruthless and crooked casino owner who will stop at nothing to retrieve his money. Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy) will play Dog, Pope’s right hand man, and Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns, Blue Crush) has come aboard as Sydney, Pope’s estranged daughter. Starring as a cop who befriends and covertly assists Vaughn, is Gina Carano (Fast & Furious 7, Haywire), the former MMA champion turned actress.

Filming will begin October 13, 2014 in Mobile, Alabama.
